Strength Class: Early morning bootcamp style strength and conditioning class (Starting May 26th)
Learn to Run: Couch to 5km intro to running program (Session 1 starts May 26th)
Wednesdays
Bikejoring: Intro course to the sport of bikejoring (Session 1 starts May 27th)
Thursdays
Strength Class: Early morning bootcamp style strength and conditioning class (Starting May 28th)
Canicross Club: Weekly group canicross runs (Starting May 28th)
Saturdays
Trail Running Club: Weekly group trail runs (Starting May 30th)
Weekend Courses:
Intro To An Active Life: The basics on how to ensure you're entering the world of dog sports in a safe and sustainable way (Session 1 run Saturday May 23rd and Sunday May 24th)
